ANTIQUE ART DECO 1934 Silver & Guilloche Enamel Vanity Jar ~ Asprey & Co Ltd
Item Description; Superb Antique, Art Deco, good quality, silver and tangerine guilloche enamelled, ladies dressing table jar by Asprey & Co. Ltd. This is a lovely quality item and part of a small collection of similar items being listed this week. Would adorn any ladies dressing table. Hallmarked for London 1934, makers mark is for Asprey & Co Ltd. The glass is stunning quality with engraved reeded detail. Silver has the remains of the original silver gilt finish.
Measurements; Measures 3 & 1/4 inches by 2 & 3/8 inches by 1 & 1/2 inches approx.
Condition; The condition is good used antique order. The enamel detail is in good order, with only a few minor surface marks, scratches etc, two tiny nibbles at two of the corners. The silver mounts have the remains of a silver gilt finish. Glass is in very good order with only a tiny fleabite to the bottom edge. Overall good order. Please see photos..
