USPS Priority shipping with confirmation of receipt in the U.S. would be $6.85. USPS First class airmail overseas will be $14.00. We do discount airmail shipping to Canada. We are always happy to combine items ending around the same time for one shipping fee.
RETURNS…We try to list our items with large photos and accurate descriptions. We try diligently to make sure each item is looked over for any defects or flaws and make sure they have been noted. We are human and do occasionally miss something due to the volume of merchandise that we list. We do not accept returns but should a problem arise and you are not pleased with your purchase, please email us to let us know. Please refrain from giving a negative feedback until you have given us the opportunity to try to recitify the problem. SHIPPING…We ship USPS mail every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If we have had a busy selling week, we do occasionally ship on Saturday. Should a holiday be celebrated on one of our regular shipping days, then your item will be shipped the very next day after.
EMAILS & QUESTIONS…We try to respond to all inquiries in a timely matter but due to the volume of merchandise that we list, sell and ship that time frame can be up to 12-16 hours for responses.
…Please keep in mind when sending emails/questions on items that we are not on the computer 24 hours a day nor do we have a staff that moniters questions around the clock….
…We also use website’s Selling Pro Manager which the computer program allows us to delay start auctions days ahead, automatically relists our ended auctions, automatically sends end of auction emails, invoices and automatically gives our feedback. It also automatically sends out an email notifing you when your item has been shipped. So even though it may appear that we are working at the time you send your question, it could the Selling Pro Manager following our guidelines.
