An antique 19thC Victorian English tall carved bone chess set, complete & intact. (c.1870-1890)
OVERALL CONDITION
Good – We would remind bidders that this item is antique & pre-owned with handling associated surface wear to the surfaces, one Queen is a replacement with a small chip to the collar of the white Queen, one white Knight has a collar chip & one red Bishop has a chip to the mitre. The set has been pin tested & confirmed genuine with nice graining to the “ox bone” – as shown above.

Rooks – 2.25″ high (on wood plinths)
