Antique 1882 Organ Piano Architecture Wood Carving BOOK Sheet MUSIC Holder STAND

Antique
GREETINGS!  my website auctions, always searching for the unusual/unique — so hope you decide to check my listings on a regular basis.  Please be SURE to take a look at my ‘AUCTION CONDITIONS’ following the item description, particularly as they relate to shipping, tracking info., etc.  website is no fun if my clients are not happy/satisfied with their purchase — that’s my ultimate goal.  But there are limitations I have to deal with (who doesn’t in ‘real life’), and it works best when both parties (buyer/seller) are pretty ‘chill’ about the transactions.

A 130 year old piece with a GREAT architectural look.  I’m pretty sure it was part or a piano or organ on its ‘PAT. JAN. 1882’ production date (see close-up photo).  But — USE YOUR IMAGINATION!  It would look great hanging on the wall (and place your favorite photos, book, sheet music, etc. on it if you so desire), hanging in a window, with fabric backing (you can see on the back it used to have red fabric — I placed some blue behind it just to give you an idea of the effect).  You could also add a prop on back so it stands at an angle on a table — or a piano!

The piece is dark walnut (may look black in photos — but the stain is just very dark).  It’s in MINT condition.  The bottom ‘ledge’ is hinged, and can be in the up or down position.  The stand is 23″ long, 12″ high, and 1/2″ thick (including all the carved areas).

Again — a versatile 130 year old piece that can work with any decor — from Victorian to a ‘little shabby and a little chic’ to contemporary.  Thanks for looking — have a great week.

AUCTION CONDITIONS:
Probably most important information is that I choose not to have a vehicle.  Secondly, I just can’t — and don’t really wish to — spend 24/7 in front of a computer — too much more to life.  Does affect my conditions — but those are just the realities!

time: I’ve noted that it may take up to 10 business days for me to ship.  I try to ship sooner than that (usually within 3-5 days) — but the vehicle I borrow to ship is not always available. So PLEASE make sure you’re comfortable with the shipping time frame before you participated in my auctions.  Low ratings for shipping time do add up, and can eventually get me suspended from website!  Many major companies selling on the net do not ship that quickly, and they have full-time staff and facilities to take care of it.  Those of us who are ‘small’ independent sellers don’t have that luxury.
Tracking/Insurance:  The ONLY way you get a tracking number is if you decide to buy insurance.  Delivery Confirmation does give a number, but it is NOT trackable.
Satisfaction:  Very important to me, and  I will do everything possible to show and mention all flaws, etc.  Most of what I sell is vintage/antique — so sometimes an item does have a little ‘age’ to it — not always ‘shiny and bright’.  I provide a LOT of photos so you can take a good look for yourself.  I will, of course, refund if there’s something I’ve not described properly, but I don’t sell on a ‘try it out’ basis — just too prohibitive cost and time wise.
Thanks!!!
