Antique 1880s NC Catawba Valley Pottery Crock

Catawba valley 1880’s Crock with the lid and Dark Alkaline Glaze  very wonderful color.  Owned in western NC in the 1880s. Flawless with no cracks, no repairs,  the only imperfection is a tiny 3mm chip on the under edge of the lid the crock is mint just like in came out of the kiln.
