Stunning and ultra fancy old black leather doll shoes that would be stunning on an early fashion doll like a Bru or Huret or similar old doll. These are actually dated on the inside with the original labels that are on the inside sole. There is a patent date of Feb. 27, 1872. The shoes are in lovely condition and have amazing details! They are of black leather ecru leather fancy accenst on the toes that have fancy scalloped edge, wonderful metal oval buckle on each toe, shapely tongue area on shoes, gorgeous scalloping along entire outer edges of shoes, there are loops on the inside of each shoe. I don’t really know what these loops are there for, but they tuck into the inside. There are dark burnished brown leather soles which are marked with the number 1 on each of them as shown in photos, nice condition for age, some light surface wear commensurate with the age of the shoes. The inside label also reads Richardson’s. I am not sure if that was a store from the later 1800s or what. These measure 4 1/2″ long and 1 1/2″ across wide part of toes measuring on soles, 2″ tall when measuring on back seams.
