This is a lovely antique petticoat for old doll. It was in a box lot in auction-the plastic bag it is in has a sticker that says “Kessner” & “early”. I have a feeling they meant to write “Kestner” which is a German company that made mainly bisque dolls (now antiques). The waistband looks hand stitched. The button is plastic. The lace along bottom has a lot of detail-precious. Considering the age, it’s in very good condition. It is whiter than some of the pictures show. The length is 9″ & the waist across the front is 5.5″.
