Offered for your consideration is a 19th Century Antique Leather Cairns Firemen Fire Helmet with EAGLE Ventilated from a Boston,Massachusetts Estate.Authenic 19th Century leather firemen helmet by Cairns with an eagle and #1 leather badge.This is the ventilated model with wool lining,i am not sure of the origin since the front badge is a hand painted #1 with GHB on the inside.Over all the condition is very good as the helmet is very solid and retains original wool lining!……..Thanks and Good Luck!
