I Am Unsure What This Does Exactly, It Looks To Be A Guide Of Some Sort Or A Plane. The Handle Rotates 180 Degrees. The Upper Platform Loosen By Wingnut And Extends To 4 1/4″. I Always Welcome Any Feedback On The Function Of Tools I List. Feel To Educate!
The Measurements Are:
Fully Extended 8″
The Lower Plane Or Blade Is 2 1/2″ x 1 1/8″
The Handle 3″ Long By 1″ Round
