As the seller I must send the item to the shipping address on the Transaction Details page. Remember, Buyer Protection doesn’t cover fraudulent charges or most cases of buyer remorse. If you have not received your package in the allotted time, please call your local post office, signature confirmation is required on many of the packages. International is $15 registered mail. Expected delivery 2-3 weeks. Express mail is $30. Expected delivery 7 to 10 business days. If you have not received your package within the allotted time, please call your customs office to check the status of the package.
Returns Returns are accepted with 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When returning an item please fill out out required return sliphttp://stores.website.com/Finer-Diamonds/REQUIRED-RETURN-SLIP.html and mail it back with the item in secure packaging. Custom orders or pieces that have had additional work and alterations may not be returned or exchanged.
Layaway Guidelines and agreement terms:
1. 20% must be put down within 7 days after the listing has ended the best and safest way to pay is through paypal. Send money through the “send money” tab (2nd blue tab at the top) and enter in my E-mail address please include in the message details that this is a layaway payment and insert the item number of the item number you are paying for. If purchasing several items list all of the item numbers in the message details.
2. Winner of the item has exactly 3 months (90days) to pay off the balance.
3. If the winner does not pay the balance in full, a 20% restocking fee will be charged and the remainder of the money will be refunded and the item will be relisted.
4. If winner decides to place additional items in layaway account, the winner still has to have all items cleared out 3 months from original purchase (4 item limit.) All items will be placed into one layaway file with ONLY 1 balance. NOT multiple layaway files and multiple balances.
Ring Sizing Fees Due to the designs of some rings, every ring cannot be resized. Hollow rings, eternity bands, rings that have diamonds or gemstones that are invisible set, and rings that have a patten continuing around the entire shank may not be able to be sized.
Fees on 10k and 14k Gold Rings Sizing up $20 for the 1st size and $10 for each additional size . Sizing down $20 flat rate fee
Note: A $10 rhodium charge will be added to white gold rings. All white gold rings must be rhodium plated.
Fees on platinum rings Sizing up $60 for the 1st size and $60 for each additional size. Sizing down $60 flat rate fee
It is not suggested that we size rings beyond 4 sizes, this compromises the security of the structure of the ring, making it prone to damage. Rings that have wider shanks or rings that may need additional work such as re-tightening stones, may be subject to additional charges and need to be discussed prior to purchasing to avoid complication in the check out process.

Some inclusions affect a diamond’s clarity, making it less brilliant because they interfere with light as it passes through the stone. There are few perfect diamonds, and the ones that are perfect are quite expensive, so the diamonds we buy all have varying amounts of internal and external flaws. Most jewelers will tell you not to worry about diamond inclusions if they do not affect the stone’s strength or seriously impact its appearance.
