I bought a box lot at local estate auction and found this watch in a bag that had some old stamps in it I looked it up and the serial number dates this back to 1897. The winding mechanism works great the watch hold good time and the case closes tightly. The watch has a 14k stamp on the case which is marked orient. The only thing that I can see wrong on with the watch is that the glass piecxe that goes on over the face is missing. it has a nice farm on the back of it.
