The book is ‘as new’ with no markings or blemishes. With this book you can makje that old radio light up again! the book teaches collector-hobbists how to choose the best candidates for restoration, acquire the proper tools, and trouble-shoot and analyze and make needed repairs. It also has an extensive price guide to nearly 1,000 antique radios! The book has a Glossary and five Appendices and an Index as well as nine chapters. Some are: Cleaning It Inside and Out; Examining It; Trying Our Your Radio; Troubleshooting and Repair; Fine-tuning; Cabinet Repairs and Refinishing; receiver Theory; and others. There are numerous black and white photos and many, many diagrams. The price guide lists the radio by name and by date of manufacture, the model with model numbers, battery or A/C, and an estimated price. Very useful book! Check out my other items!
