This antique print of a little girl sleeping as a St. Bernard keeps watch is framed in what looks to be a pewter frame (can’t say for sure) with a metal worked design. A chain is attached on top for hanging. Perhaps, the little girl has wandered off and, finally tired, has fallen asleep next to her St. Bernard who looks to take his responsibility for watching over her very seriously. All the colors are still vibrant and clear. Overall condition is fine and is consistent with its age. It’s 9-3/4″ in diameter and the back is marked Made In Germany. This is from an estate and is offered as found.
