Sweet Artist Antique Reproduction Doll~Mary Brouse~Pa~15″~Nice~
For your consideration is an antique reproduction artist doll by Mary Brouse, of Pennsylvania..I purchased this doll from her estate….she passed away a few years ago, and did wonderful work, and was an outstanding doll artist….the doll is in wonderful condition, no chips, cracks, etc…….the doll has a bisque head..which is signed my M Brouse ’88, and also has a number 6…right around her hairline in the back is also the numbers 3/0..dolls body is made of composition…the arms are a little loose, but not bad…she appears to have glass eyes, which are stationary…her wig is saran, and it is only glued in the front, so you can lift it up in the back, and see the pate..Mary also made all of her doll clothes, and I am assuming that she made the dress, slip, and pantaloons..the right show is missing it’s sole…very pretty doll………please look at all the photos as they are part of the description also….PLEASE NOTE:…I no longer ship to Italy…too many problems with customs, I do apologize…….because of so many non paying bidders lately, I DO NOT HESITATE IN REPORTING NON PAYING BIDDERS TO website.
