Up for bid is a absolutely beautiful ANTIQUE/vintage micro mosaic pin MARKED “TAL”. It is my belief that the I and the Y have worn off !
Set in brass, the pin has a very colorful and detailed inlaid floral micro mosaic center that is raised up ! It is surrounded by white inlaid mosaic tiles! The outer edge is brass tone. The photo has been enlarged to show detail! Such a beautiful work of art!
No missing tiles and minimal wear to the back metal, but there are two solder spots on the back, so I believe that repairs were done to the clasp. The clasp is all there, but the pin stem need to be tightened ***.
