You are an old 19th century Lock Box or Wall Safe with original Art work and working Lock and Key. The pin in the bottom right hinge is loose. I’m not certain but this would have been for a wall safe or even inside a large safe in the late 1800s. It measure 11″ Tall, 7″ across the front, and 13 1/4″ Deep. Good Luck !!
