This watch is currently NOT RUNNING
I had the watch checked by a jeweler and he told me that the mainspring is rusted, the second hand is missing, the case tests as 14kt gold and he believes the watch is from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s.
The face says Illinois and the movement says Illinois Watch Co., 1199724, Springfield, Safety Pinion
The case says Dubois W. C. C., Warranted, 14K U. S. Assay, 14461
