Vintage Antique SINGLE STAR Patchwork Handmade Quilt 64″ x 78″
This quilt came from my Indianapolis neighbor who was in his 90’s and got it from his Aunt in Glasgow Kentucky where he grew up. Her married or maiden name was Clara Pedigo. I have multiple quilts all stitched in the same manner and believe she made all of them. I don’t know much about quilts or the exact ages of these.
This quilt has been in storage and never used. It was put on a bed for the picture only. It is hand made and has ZERO signs of wear or dirt! It was stored with a note “Quilt from Aunt Clara 1974”. That tells when it was gifted but not when it was made. If you know more about this quilt by all means share with me.
