I just observed this Wonderful antique JDK bisque doll head from Germany.
Very good color with working pale-blue sleep eyes. Open mouth with tongue and front teeth.
Measures 5.75″ tall from base of neck to top of forehead, approx 11.50″ around head atop ears and 6″ diameter at mid-neck.
Marked ‘Made in Germany – 257 – J.D.K ” with a small “x” near the top and “44” on neck.
Very good original condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Comes with original wood neck plug and body hook (not pictured).
Missing eye lashes and has surface soiling – I have not tried to clean it better left as is. Tongue is missing and some pigment.
