Very awesome (and heavey) antique fire alarm call box. It was made by The Gamewell Fire Alarm Telegraph CO New York. It is in very good vintage shape. There are a few areas of wear but nothing to noticable. When you pull down the crank inside is makes a loud ticking noise for few minutes. I guess that may have something to do with the telegraph part ? It is truly a wonderful museam piece or great for a personal collection. tThere may of been glass over the key in front at one time but i am not sure. Clearly im not an expert on this kind of thing so therefore this is sold “as is “. Buyer pays 28.00 S/H. This came from the estate of a former volunteer firefighter who passed away at 93 years old. Don’t miss out, cool firefighter stuff is hard to come by these days !!
