Pennsylvania National Guard, Mexican Border Service Medal, dated 1916. Has matching bar pin also. One side reads “Pennsylvania National Guard, 1916, William Penn. Makers mark is Davison, Phil, with a depiction of William Penn. The otherside reads, “Mexican Border Service,” with a depiction of a female warrior with shield, an eagle at her feet and a pilon with US on it. Medal portion measures 1 5/16 across. Original patina.
