We guarantee our items are new and high quality, but they have no lifetime warranty.
We accept Paypal only. Please don’t buy/bid our item if buyer doesn’t have Paypal account or will not pay by Paypal.
Please pay for the item within 7 days after it ends. Otherwise, we have to open an unpaid item case to protect ourself.
International flat rate shipping cost is as low as US$3 to worldwise with registered/tracking number by China Post or Hongkong Post (please see the individual shipping cost in the “shipping and payments” page of the item). The shipping service is safe and needn’t any insurance, it may require buyer’s signature. The registered number may be tracked on the post office website of buyer’s country. We do combined shipping, buyer just need to pay as low as US$1.5 shipping cost for each additional eligible item. But buyer must bid or buy them successfully within 7 days, and buyer should require us an invoice with combined shipping cost.
We usually ship items within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment, so we won’t send buyer message about the shipment when we ship it.
time is about 15-20 business days from China to buyer’s PayPal address.
We have to ship to buyer’s Paypal address to protect buyer and ourself, buyer should provide correct shipping address, we are not liable for postal lost caused by incorrect shipping address. If buyer has not received the item 20 days after the shipment, Please contact us via or our email address as soon as possible, otherwise it might be returned to us as it is unclaimed.
Return Policy
All items will be checked and packed in good condition before shipping. If buyer has any problem with the transaction, please contact us via or our email address within 3 days after buyer receives the item from the postman, we will try our best to solve all the problems and make buyer satisfied before leaving feedback. We will not resolve the problem or refund money if buyer leaves us negative feedback.
