I do not have a lot of knowlege about clocks. This one just happen to catch my eye at the auction with the real nice marble like case design. On getting the clock home, I discovered that both springs were overwound. When I played with the clock I did get one of the springs to let go, all over the place. The clock is now being sold as Not Running, Parts Only. There is a key and pendulum. There is a spot on the face of the clock, it looks like gook of some kind, should clean up.
