This is a vintage Elgin 15 jewel pocket-watch that is not running; the stem will not turn to wind it but you can set the hands. This watch measures 1 3/8″ across and has movement #15326209.  Inside the case it reads Keystone Watch Case and in the dust cover it reads J. Boss guaranteed 25 years. The balance wheel moves freely and the movement appears quite clean.
