This is an old original Dr. Pray’s Astigmatic Letters eye examination chart dating, I would guess, to the early 1900s. It measures 11 x 18 inches and is printed on heavy card stock. Faint foxing and light soiling from being handled give the chart a terrific vintage look. It would look great in a simple black frame.
